The Survey
Thank you for considering to take part in this survey.
This is a preliminary questionnaire. It is a part of a study aimed at understanding the sleep quality of residents in UK homes and the physiological factors that affect sleep.
The study is being undertaken by Jaydeep Bhadra, who is supervised by Dr Arash Beizaee, Dr Iuliana Hartescu, and Professor Kevin Lomas of Loughborough University.
You must be a resident of the UK, over the age of 18 and have the capacity to fully understand and consent to take part in this research.
About the information we gather
In this online survey, you will be asked to answer some questions about your sleep, which takes around 10-15 minutes to complete. Personal information like name, gender, age, and email address will be collected. However, all the data will be anonymised, and no identifiable personal information will be shared in any publications.
All information will be securely stored on Loughborough University computer systems as per the existing regulations of the university pertaining data protection and GDPR rules. The anonymised data will be retained indefinitely on the University repository to support future research.
You can withdraw from the survey at anytime by closing the browser. However, once you have submitted your response, it will not be possible to withdraw your data from the study.
